This Privacy Policy explains how PEPPERIO LLC, operating PEPPERIO at https://pepperio.shop, collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you browse our website, purchase products, submit a review, or contact us.

Payment credentials are handled by payment providers. We do not require you to send full card numbers or security codes by email.

For example, a carrier receives the information needed to deliver your order.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar advertising tracking tools, and we do not use Shopify Analytics for store reporting.

However, our storefront, Shopify checkout, and payment services may still process technical information and use necessary cookies for functionality, security, and transactions.

5. Accounts and Reviews

Our store does not currently offer customer account registration. You can purchase without creating a store account.

If you submit a product review, the review content and selected display name may become public. Do not include your address, telephone number, payment information, or other sensitive information in a review.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including order service, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, and to exercise other applicable privacy rights.

Our store is intended for a general adult shopping audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
